Michael’s experience spans nearly two decades and throughout Southern California, Northern California and Hawaii. He has time and time again been seen as an innovator, leader and a top producer. He aligned himself in 2010 with American Pacific Mortgage and since has grown his team year over year. Michael's education includes B.S. and a M.A. from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

Michael has consistently been regarded as a top producer, ranking within the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in the nation by both Scotsman Guide and Mortgage Executive Magazine year over year. His hobbies include health and fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, surfing, serving within the communities that he serves and spending quality time with his family and their dogs.

Community efforts include: Working with the homeless throughout Northern California, Counselor, Sunday School Teacher as well as mission work in Kenya, Africa.

James has been in the industry nearly as long as Michael except for he spent much of his time behind the scenes, back of house essentially working with underwriting and processing teams. His underwriting knowledge includes helping lead some of the top mortgage companies in California and continues to do so for APM. His background and understanding of conventional, government, jumbo and specialty products is superior to most as he is truly at times the brain behind the operation. James has been in the industry as a backbone to several companies for nearly twenty years, helping those in his community and working with guidelines throughout 48 states.

In James' free time, he enjoys time at the gym, sports, kayaking, sailing and traveling as well as time with his wife, who is another industry leader and their three dogs.

Joe is new to our team as we were lucky to add him to the team in July 2020. Joe's education includes a B.S. in Criminology from Lasell University in Newton, Mass. He managed loss prevention for Southern California region prior to joining our team. After discovering a love for the real estate industry while working through business development for nearly a year on the side, he decided to join our team full time. Since we've had the opportunity to have him join us, we've heard nothing but fantastic acclaim from our real estate partners and clients alike due to his ability to be client focused and create a fantastic atmosphere for our clients.

In Joe's free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter and family as well as their dog. He also enjoys refining his grilling skills perfecting his culinary skills in the kitchen.

Community efforts include: Former Canvassing Coordinator for The Committee of Friends and Relatives of Prisoners (CFROP) which works to assist low income communities and help with the rehabilitation of former prisoners and/or their families.
