A Firm Foundation That Doesn’t Shift

In the housing world, we talk a lot about foundations. A strong home begins with one. But life works the same way.

Jesus put it simply in Matthew 7:24–25:“Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.”

Markets shift. Jobs change. Even our best plans can feel shaky. But when your foundation is Christ, you have security that can’t be shaken.

This Sunday, as you reset for a new week, remember where your footing comes from. Build on the rock.

Trust in His word.

And rest in the promise that even when the winds blow, your foundation holds.
